For e-commerce

Logistics data for e-commerce teams using external carriers

An e-commerce store sees an order from payment through to dispatch. What happens next — how fast the carrier actually delivers, how many shipments are delayed or returned, where unnecessary costs come from — is often only visible in fragments, spread across carrier portals, emails and spreadsheets. Nodali brings that data into one view.

You see the order. You don't see carrier performance.

Shipment data is scattered

Tracking, delivery status and claims are handled separately for each carrier — with no single combined view.

You find out about delays and returns too late

A delivery problem is often reported by the customer before it shows up in your data.

Shipping costs are hard to verify

Carrier billing backup data has to be manually matched against orders and shipments.

How Nodali helps

Order import and tracking numbers

Orders and shipments from your storefront and carrier systems are linked through the tracking number as a shared key.

A view by carrier, region and service

Delivery speed, reliability and delays can be compared across carriers, regions and service types.

Costs and invoice backup data

Backup data for checking carrier invoices is prepared from real shipment data, not tracked down by hand.

Who this is for

  • E-commerce stores using one or more external carriers
  • Teams that want to compare carrier reliability and speed
  • Stores dealing with recurring complaints about delayed or lost shipments
  • Teams that currently check carrier billing manually

FAQ

Answers to the questions we hear most about Nodali.

Do we need a ready-made integration with all our carriers?

No. Integration happens according to data availability for each carrier — via API, exports, email reports, SFTP or a custom implementation. The exact scope is confirmed while preparing a pilot deployment.

Can Nodali work without a carrier API?

Yes. If a carrier doesn't offer an API, integration via exports, email reports or another agreed way of passing data can be considered — the specific approach is designed individually.

Which carriers does Nodali support?

DPD, PPL, Packeta, Balíkovna and others are examples of external carriers whose performance a store may want to track. This is not a list of ready-made, guaranteed integrations — actual integration depends on data availability and the agreed way of exchanging data.

How does this relate to the Nodali Carriers module?

This page describes the needs of e-commerce teams with external carriers in general. Specific capabilities — tracking analytics, SLA, carrier comparison — are covered on the Nodali Carriers page.
