Nodali combines a base platform priced by the volume of orders or shipments processed each month (Core), data integration (Connect), an optional module for e-commerce teams with external carriers (Carriers), own-logistics modules, and retrospective route deviation checks (Routes).

The operator is not a Czech VAT payer and is VAT-identified in the Czech Republic. For Czech customers, the listed prices are the amounts charged by the operator. For an online store or customer whose primary object is a customer order, one unique order is the billed unit; for a carrier or customer focused on transported shipments, it is one unique shipment. The metric is set when the tenant is activated, shown in the order, portal and billing statement, and cannot be changed retroactively. A repeated import, update, status change or technical duplicate of the same unit is not counted again. Under the order metric, an order with multiple shipments counts once; under the shipment metric, each unique shipment counts separately. A successfully received and processed unit remains counted even if later cancelled.
An automatic Core upgrade is scheduled from the next billing period if volume exceeds the limit by more than 10% in one period, or by at least one unit in three consecutive periods. Exactly 10% does not trigger the first rule; a period at or below the limit breaks the sequence, and the counter resets when the upgrade takes effect. The new tier is the lowest public tier covering the triggering volume, with no retrospective repricing. An automatic upgrade cannot be cancelled like a voluntary change; before it takes effect, the customer may choose a higher tier or disable Core at the end of the current period. Enterprise pricing is never set automatically and must be agreed individually.
For a downgrade: projection = units processed so far / elapsed billing days × total billing days in the period, rounded up. For example, 5,000 units in 10 of 30 billing days gives a projection of 15,000 units. A downgrade may be scheduled no earlier than day six, may not select a tier below the projection, and takes effect only in the next period.
Nodali is available exclusively to businesses, sole traders and other persons acting for business or professional purposes. Prices and terms are intended for B2B customers.

Connect is part of the platform as the ability to connect data. The connection capability itself is not billed as an expensive module — specific active feeds and connectors are.

You pay for an active feed or connector, not for the name of the source system itself.
Modules, feeds and connectors are billed in arrears by active days in the Europe/Prague time zone. The active interval is [active_from, active_to); every local calendar day with any overlap counts, including activation and deactivation on the same day. Billing days are all local calendar days with which the full Core period overlaps. The daily rate is the monthly price divided by those days; an add-on active for the full period cannot exceed one monthly price, and rounding occurs only on the consolidated line item. Activation does not trigger a separate immediate card transaction.

A standalone module for e-commerce teams with external carriers — tracking analytics, SLA, carrier comparison and cost checks. For carriers with an available API, Nodali can work with customer-provided credentials and unify tracking/statuses into the carrier overview.

If the carrier does not provide an API or the customer does not have credentials, data is handled through standard Nodali Connect feeds or individually. A managed / HTML tracking connector is not a standard low-cost connector and is priced individually based on data availability, carrier terms and technical stability.

Daily rate = the applicable monthly reference price / calendar days in the Core period. A vehicle or worker is counted at most once per local day.
Plan bills a vehicle only when included in at least one successful calculation; Routes only after a successful retrospective calculation; Go only when the worker actually uses the app that day. Failed runs, system retries and idempotent duplicates are not billed.
Standard includes 50 orders or visits per active vehicle/day and, for Plan, 10 user-triggered full optimisations/day. Higher complexity uses an agreed individual plan, with no automatic overage.
Core is always required. Plan can run independently through an API, but Dispatch is strongly recommended for visibility and change control. Go requires Dispatch.
The standard self-hosted or cached calculation matrix is included. Premium traffic or toll data from an external provider is charged separately.

Implementation and custom integration
Pilot and enterprise deployments may be priced individually. Additional integrations, custom mapping and integration of specific systems or carriers are handled as part of implementation, on top of the standard price list.
Participants in the pilot programme may be offered individual introductory terms or discounts for Core and selected modules; their amount and duration are agreed individually when joining the pilot. The development of customer-specific solutions may be priced separately.

Answers to the questions we hear most about Nodali.
What counts as a processed order / shipment?
Depending on the metric set when the tenant is activated, it is one unique order or one unique shipment in the Core billing period. Repeated imports, updates, status changes and technical duplicates of the same unit are not counted again. An order with multiple shipments counts once under the order metric, while unique shipments count separately under the shipment metric. A successfully processed unit remains counted even if cancelled later.
What is an import feed?
Feed = one active data flow, for example CRM orders, accounting costs, telematics, TMS shipments or carrier billing backup data.
Do I pay for every source system?
No, you pay for an active feed or connector, not for the name of the system itself.
What happens if I go over my tier limit?

Can Nodali work without an API?
Yes, depending on data availability you can use CSV/XLSX import, email import or SFTP.
What if a carrier doesn't offer an API?
It is not counted as a low-cost API connector. Use a suitable Nodali Connect feed such as an email report, CSV/XLSX import, SFTP import, REST/API feed, or individual pricing.
Is a pilot deployment possible?
Yes, a pilot deployment is a common way to start with Nodali; terms are set individually.
Are prices final?
For Czech customers, yes: the operator is not a Czech VAT payer and is VAT-identified in the Czech Republic. For cross-border B2B services, the listed prices exclude any local tax; the tax treatment depends on the billing country, the customer’s tax status and the verified VAT/tax ID.
How are billing and payment handled?
Core is paid in advance, while additional services are billed in arrears according to the actual number of active days. On the first day of the new billing period, a single consolidated billing statement is issued; for card payments, the customer has 5 calendar days to raise objections and payment is processed on the sixth day, while for bank transfers an invoice with a 14-day due date is issued together with the billing statement.
Can I pay by card or invoice?
Yes, payment is available by card or invoice — specific payment methods are confirmed when setting up the account.
