Nodali combines a base platform priced by the volume of orders or shipments processed each month (Core), data integration (Connect), an optional module for e-commerce teams with external carriers (Carriers), own-logistics modules, and route deviation checks (Planning).
Nodali is being developed as a modular B2B SaaS platform. The modules and features described on this website represent the intended product direction. Final scope, availability and pricing may vary depending on pilot implementation, data availability and customer requirements.
Nodali Core
The base platform, priced by monthly volume of processed orders or shipments. We use the term orders / shipments / processed logistics units because the relevant metric differs by customer type.

Nodali Connect — feeds
Connect is part of the platform as the ability to connect data. The connection capability itself is not billed as an expensive module — specific active feeds and connectors are.

A standalone module for e-commerce teams with external carriers — tracking analytics, SLA, carrier comparison and cost checks. For carriers with an available API, Nodali can work with customer-provided credentials and unify tracking/statuses into the carrier overview.

If the carrier does not provide an API or the customer does not have credentials, data is handled through standard Nodali Connect feeds or individually. A managed / HTML tracking connector is not a standard low-cost connector and is priced individually based on data availability, carrier terms and technical stability.

Pricing depends on the volume of checked routes, data availability, calculation frequency and computational load — individually or by deployment scope.

Pilot and enterprise deployments may be priced individually. Additional integrations, custom mapping and integration of specific systems or carriers are handled as part of implementation, on top of the standard price list.

Answers to the questions we hear most about Nodali.
What counts as a processed order / shipment?
One logistics unit counted toward the monthly volume of the Core tier — depending on customer type this may be an order, a shipment or another transport unit. The exact definition is confirmed during setup.
What is an import feed?
Feed = one active data flow, for example CRM orders, accounting costs, telematics, TMS shipments or carrier billing backup data.
Do I pay for every source system?
No, you pay for an active feed or connector, not for the name of the system itself.
What happens if I go over my tier limit?
This is handled individually — usually by moving to a higher Core tier based on actual volume.
Is Connect a paid module?
Connect is part of the platform; specific feeds and connectors are what get billed.
Can Nodali work without an API?
Yes, depending on data availability you can use CSV/XLSX import, email import or SFTP.
What if a carrier doesn't offer an API?
It is not counted as a low-cost API connector. Use a suitable Nodali Connect feed such as an email report, CSV/XLSX import, SFTP import, REST/API feed, or individual pricing.
Is a pilot deployment possible?
Yes, a pilot deployment is a common way to start with Nodali; terms are set individually.
Are prices exclusive of VAT?
Yes, the listed prices exclude VAT.
Can I pay by card or invoice?
Yes, payment is available by card or invoice — specific payment methods are confirmed when setting up the account.
