Payment and Delivery Terms
Billing cycles, recurring payments, invoices and activation of the Nodali digital service.
1. Scope
These terms govern payments, invoicing and activation of the Nodali digital service. The operator is Progity, David Hošek, Company ID: 03956890.
2. Core
Core is always paid one month in advance. The Core activation date determines the start of the billing period. Example: activation on 10 July means the period from 10 July to 9 August and renewal on 10 August.
3. Modules and feeds
When a module, feed or other recurring service is first activated during a period, a proportional part until the end of the current billing period is charged immediately. From the next period these services are billed together with Core.
4. Renewal and recurring payments
Core, active modules, feeds and other recurring services renew together. Card payments may use recurring payment after prior information to the customer.
5. Invoices and documents
For card payments, the relevant accounting document is issued after successful payment. For bank transfers, an invoice with due date is issued first. Documents are available in tenant administration and e-mail delivery is enabled by default.
6. Digital delivery
Nodali is a digital service. The service or extension is activated without undue delay after successful payment, usually immediately and in exceptional cases within 24 hours. For bank transfers, activation may depend on payment receipt.
7. Trial and demo
No standard public trial is offered. A demo environment with demo data may be available and an individual trial may be approved by the operator.
8. Prices and tax regime
Current prices are available at https://noda.li/en/pricing/. The current tax regime is shown with the price list and in the order process. Before confirming an order, the customer always sees the currency and final charged price. If the tax regime changes, applicable law and announced prices apply. The Czech version is decisive in case of discrepancy between translations.
