How Progity processes personal data in connection with the Nodali website and service.
1. Controller

2. Data subjects and data categories
We process data of users, customer contact persons, service prospects and persons communicating with support. This may include name, company, work e-mail, phone, billing data, account data, tenant settings, communication, technical logs, IP address, user-agent and data needed for security and operation.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data for registration, SaaS provision, tenant administration, billing, accounting and legal duties, customer support, security, logging, abuse prevention and service development. Legal bases include contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interest and consent in limited cases.
4. Customer data in the platform
For data inserted into the platform or made available through integrations, the customer is usually the controller and the operator acts as processor. A separate data processing agreement may be required for production B2B operation.
5. Retention and suppliers
Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and then as necessary for legal obligations, protection of rights, accounting, security and technical requirements. We may use providers of hosting, infrastructure, e-mail, payments, accounting, support, security and analytics.

Cookies and analytics are described in the separate Cookie Policy. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and complaint to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection at www.uoou.cz. The Czech version is decisive in case of discrepancy between translations.
