Terms of Service
Terms for the Nodali B2B SaaS platform.
1. Operator
The operator of Nodali is Progity, David Hošek, Company ID: 03956890, U Potoka 247, 440 01 Peruc, Czech Republic, e-mail: hello@noda.li, phone: +420 602 352 762.
2. B2B service
Nodali is a digital B2B SaaS platform intended only for entrepreneurs, self-employed persons and legal entities. It is not intended for consumers.
By registering, ordering or using the service, the customer confirms that it acts in the course of its business. The operator may refuse or cancel registration if consumer use is identified.
3. Accounts and tenant users
The customer is responsible for registration data, tenant administration, user permissions and protection of access credentials. Users must prevent unauthorized access.
4. Contract and term
A contract is formed by order confirmation, service activation, acceptance of an individual offer or another agreed method. It lasts for the agreed or active subscription period.
5. Prices, tax regime and payments
Current prices are available at https://noda.li/en/pricing/.
The current tax regime is shown with the price list and in the order process. Before confirming an order, the customer always sees the currency and final charged price. If the tax regime changes, applicable law and announced prices apply.
Payments may be made by card, recurring card payment, bank transfer or another agreed method.
6. Activation and plan changes
Services and extensions are activated without undue delay after payment or contractual conditions are met. Plan changes, module activation and feed deactivation follow the service settings and payment terms.
7. Customer data and integrations
The customer is responsible for the legality, accuracy and quality of data submitted to or connected with the service. The service may depend on third-party systems, APIs, exports, carriers, accounting systems, spreadsheets or other data sources.
8. Availability and maintenance
The service is provided on a best-effort basis without a guaranteed SLA unless agreed otherwise in writing. The operator may perform planned outages, security changes and technical maintenance.
9. Prohibited use
The customer must not abuse the service, bypass security measures, interfere with operation, store unlawful content or use the service in a way that harms the operator or third parties.
10. Suspension and termination
The operator may suspend the service for non-payment, breach of terms, security risk or suspected abuse. Full account and tenant deletion is possible only upon written request by an authorized person.
11. Liability
In the B2B relationship, the operator liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. The operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost business opportunity, third-party outages or decisions made solely on the basis of service data.
12. Changes, law and contact
The operator may reasonably change these terms due to service development, legal changes, prices, security or technical processes. These terms are governed by Czech law. The Czech version is decisive in case of discrepancy between translations. Questions may be sent to hello@noda.li.
