Data integration

Your ERP, WMS and storefront don't talk to each other. We connect them.

E-commerce businesses running their own logistics typically run a mix of an ERP/accounting system, a warehouse system (WMS), carrier integrations and an e-commerce platform — each with its own exports, formats and update cadence. Nodali connects that data into one consistent flow, without requiring you to replace or retire any of those systems.

Why connecting logistics data is so painful

Every system has its own version of the truth

Your ERP reports one order status, your WMS another, your storefront a third delivery status — and nobody's sure which number is actually correct.

Exports and CSVs instead of APIs

Data still moves through manual exports, emails and shared spreadsheets in many operations, which slows decisions down and introduces errors.

Every new integration is a new one-off problem

Each additional system — a new carrier, a new warehouse, a new location — means another one-time connection that nobody maintains long-term.

How Nodali solves this

Modular connectors and custom system connections

API, SFTP, database connections or CSV/XLSX import — Nodali starts with ready-made modular connectors, but can also connect quickly to niche, local or custom operational systems.

One consistent data model

Data from different sources is validated, mapped and unified into a single structure, so an order, shipment or stock level has one valid state across the company.

No need to replace what you already run

Nodali is a data and control layer on top of your systems, not a replacement for them — you keep your ERP, WMS and TMS and add visibility on top.

Who this is for

  • E-commerce businesses with their own warehouse or multiple depots
  • Companies running three or more operational systems at once
  • Teams spending hours a week manually copying data between spreadsheets
  • Companies that looked at a BI tool but hit a wall on cross-system integration

FAQ

Answers to the questions we hear most about Nodali.

Which systems can Nodali connect to?

API, SFTP, database connections and CSV/XLSX import — including local/regional systems. The base is modular and built around ready-made connectors, but we can also connect custom systems used by logistics companies. A simple REST API with standard authentication is usually similar in speed and cost to a ready-made integration.

Do I need my own developer for the integration?

No — connecting your systems is part of implementation with Nodali. We handle the connectors, data mapping and validation; you provide access and information about your systems.

How long does connecting a system take?

Logistics moves fast, and we like moving fast too. For common APIs, SFTP, database connections or exports, integrations are usually a matter of days rather than weeks; the exact scope is confirmed after a short look at your systems and data.

What happens to the data I currently manage in spreadsheets or exports?

Nodali is designed to gradually replace manual exports and spreadsheets with an automatic connection — data gets validated and mapped into one consistent model, so historical exports stop being necessary.
