This is an immutable snapshot of prices and key billing rules applicable to version 1.0.

Billing and tax notes

Core is paid in advance. Additional modules, feeds and connectors are billed in arrears according to active local calendar days in Europe/Prague. Activation does not trigger a separate immediate card transaction. Detailed rules are governed by the applicable Payment and Delivery Terms.

For Czech customers the displayed prices are final because the operator is not a Czech VAT payer and is VAT-identified in the Czech Republic. For cross-border B2B services the listed prices exclude any local tax; the final treatment depends on the billing country, customer status and verified VAT or tax ID.

Field-operations price-list supplement

Nodali Core is the mandatory basis for every product below. SERVICE_VISIT is the Core unit.

Nodali Dispatch: CZK 4,990 / EUR 199 / PLN 849 / HUF 79,900 per month, paid in advance.

Nodali Go: monthly reference per active worker CZK 199 / EUR 7.90 / PLN 34 / HUF 3,190; billed in arrears by active days.

Nodali Plan: monthly reference for 1–5 vehicles CZK 2,990 / EUR 119 / PLN 499 / HUF 49,900; each vehicle 6–15 adds CZK 499 / EUR 19 / PLN 83 / HUF 7,900; each vehicle 16–30 adds CZK 399 / EUR 15.90 / PLN 68 / HUF 6,390; over 30 vehicles is custom.

Nodali Routes: monthly reference for 1–5 vehicles CZK 1,490 / EUR 59 / PLN 249 / HUF 23,900; each vehicle 6–15 adds CZK 249 / EUR 9 / PLN 39 / HUF 3,900; each vehicle 16–30 adds CZK 199 / EUR 7.90 / PLN 34 / HUF 3,190; over 30 vehicles is custom.

The daily rate is the applicable monthly reference price divided by the number of calendar days in the Core billing period. A vehicle or worker is counted at most once per local day.

Plan bills a vehicle only when included in at least one successful calculation, Routes only after a successful retrospective calculation, and Go only when the worker actually used the app that day. Failed runs, system retries and idempotent duplicates are not billed.

Standard includes 50 orders or service visits per active vehicle/day and, for Plan, 10 user-triggered full optimisations/day. Higher complexity requires a pre-agreed custom plan; there is no automatic overage without agreement.

The standard self-hosted or cached calculation matrix is included. Premium external traffic or toll data is charged separately.
