Cookie Policy
Information about cookies and analytics used on the Nodali website.
1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies are small pieces of data stored on or read from a device. Some are necessary for the functioning and security of the website; others may be used only on the basis of prior consent.
2. Cookies used
| Name / type | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
PHPSESSID (PHP session cookie) | maintaining the session, security and basic website functions | necessary | until the end of the browser session |
pg_cookie_consent | storing the cookie consent choice | necessary | 12 months |
pg_visitor_id | internal visit measurement after consent is given | analytics | 12 months or until consent is withdrawn |
We do not currently use marketing cookies. The website does not use localStorage or sessionStorage to store visitor identifiers. Analytics communication may take place with the domains progity.com and api.progity.com.
This policy describes the currently deployed website behaviour. Material changes to cookies or similar technologies will be reflected here before their use where required by law.
3. Legal regime
We store necessary cookies without consent because they are technically required for the functioning, security or storage of the user's choice. Analytics and any future preference or marketing cookies and similar identifiers are activated only after free, specific and informed consent.
4. Settings and withdrawal of consent
Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Refusing analytics cookies must not prevent the use of the basic functions of the website. Cookies can also be deleted in the browser settings; however, this may also remove the stored consent choice.
5. Personal data
Where data from cookies constitutes personal data, its processing is also governed by the privacy policy. We use analytics data to measure traffic and improve the website, not for automated decision-making with legal effects.
6. Contact
Questions about the use of cookies should be sent to privacy@noda.li.
