2. B2B service
Nodali is a digital B2B SaaS platform intended only for entrepreneurs, self-employed persons and legal entities, not for consumers.
3. Contract, prices and use
Current prices are available at https://noda.li/pl/cennik/. The current tax regime is shown with the price list and in the order process. Before confirming an order, the customer sees the final charged price.
4. Operation and liability
The customer is responsible for tenant users, data and integrations. The service is provided on a best-effort basis without guaranteed SLA unless agreed otherwise. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Czech law applies and the Czech version is decisive.
