1. Controller
The controller is Progity, David Hošek, numer identyfikacyjny: 03956890, U Potoka 247, 440 01 Peruc, Republika Czeska.
2. Data and purposes
We process user, customer contact, billing, account, communication, technical log, IP address and security data for registration, SaaS provision, billing, support, security and legal obligations.
3. Customer data and rights
For data inserted into the platform, the customer is usually the controller and the operator acts as processor. Data subjects may contact hello@noda.li and may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. Czech law and the Czech version apply in case of discrepancy.
