These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Nodali website at noda.li, operated by David Hošek (IČO: 03956890), trading as Progity. Nodali is currently in development. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell, or the availability of, a live commercial product, and no customer relationships or subscriptions currently exist.

1. Use of this website

This website is provided for informational purposes, to present Nodali's product vision and to collect interest for a future pilot / early access program. You may browse it and submit the early access form for legitimate business inquiries only.

2. No warranty

Content on this website, including descriptions of planned features, modules, integrations and roadmap items, reflects current intentions and may change without notice. It is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and does not constitute a binding commitment to deliver any specific feature or timeline.

3. Intellectual property

The Nodali name, logo (once finalized) and website content are the property of David Hošek (Progity) unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or reuse them without permission.

4. Early access submissions

Submitting the early access form does not create any contractual relationship. We will contact you at the email address provided to discuss a potential pilot. See our Privacy Policy for how submitted data is handled.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, David Hošek (Progity) is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data protection rights you may have under your local law.
