Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data collected through the Nodali website at noda.li. Nodali is currently in development and this website does not yet operate a live product for end users — this policy covers the marketing website and the early access contact form only.

1. Data controller

The data controller is:

David Hošek
IČO: 03956890
U potoka 247
440 01 Peruc
Czech Republic
E-mail: info@progity.com
Web: https://progity.com

Nodali is a product developed under the Progity name — a trade name of David Hošek, not a separate legal entity. You can also reach us at hello@noda.li for any question about this policy or your data.

2. What data we collect

When you submit the early access form we collect the information you provide: name, company, work email, and optionally phone number, number of operations/depots, systems in use, and your message. We also record the submission time and IP address for spam and abuse prevention.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process this data to respond to your early access request and to evaluate potential pilot partnerships, based on your explicit consent given when submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Retention

We retain early access submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and follow up on your request, and delete or anonymize them when no longer needed, or earlier upon your request.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers strictly necessary to operate this website and send emails (e.g. our SMTP provider), under appropriate data processing terms.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, or withdraw consent at any time by contacting hello@noda.li. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies

This website uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep the contact form secure (CSRF protection) and to display submission results. In addition, only once you accept the cookie banner, we use pg_cookie_consent (stores your choice) and pg_visitor_id (an anonymous visitor identifier used for internal traffic analytics). You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the product and website evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
