Billing and tax notes
Core is paid in advance. Additional modules, feeds and connectors are billed in arrears according to active local calendar days in Europe/Prague. Activation does not trigger a separate immediate card transaction. Detailed rules are governed by the applicable Payment and Delivery Terms.
For Czech customers the displayed prices are final because the operator is not a Czech VAT payer and is VAT-identified in the Czech Republic. For cross-border B2B services the listed prices exclude any local tax; the final treatment depends on the billing country, customer status and verified VAT or tax ID.
Suplemento de preços para operações no terreno
Nodali Core é a base obrigatória de todos os produtos seguintes. SERVICE_VISIT é a unidade Core.
Nodali Dispatch: 4.990 CZK / 199 EUR / 849 PLN / 79.900 HUF por mês, antecipado.
Nodali Go: referência mensal por trabalhador ativo 199 CZK / 7,90 EUR / 34 PLN / 3.190 HUF; faturada posteriormente por dias ativos.
Nodali Plan: referência mensal 1–5 veículos 2.990 CZK / 119 EUR / 499 PLN / 49.900 HUF; cada veículo 6–15 +499 CZK / 19 EUR / 83 PLN / 7.900 HUF; cada veículo 16–30 +399 CZK / 15,90 EUR / 68 PLN / 6.390 HUF; mais de 30 personalizado.
Nodali Routes: referência mensal 1–5 veículos 1.490 CZK / 59 EUR / 249 PLN / 23.900 HUF; cada veículo 6–15 +249 CZK / 9 EUR / 39 PLN / 3.900 HUF; cada veículo 16–30 +199 CZK / 7,90 EUR / 34 PLN / 3.190 HUF; mais de 30 personalizado.
A tarifa diária é o preço mensal de referência aplicável dividido pelos dias de calendário do período Core. Um veículo ou trabalhador conta no máximo uma vez por dia local.
Plan só fatura veículos incluídos num cálculo bem-sucedido, Routes após recálculo bem-sucedido e Go quando o trabalhador utiliza efetivamente a app. Falhas, novas tentativas do sistema e duplicados idempotentes não são faturados.
O padrão inclui 50 encomendas ou serviços por veículo ativo/dia e, no Plan, 10 otimizações completas iniciadas pelo utilizador/dia. Maior complexidade requer plano previamente acordado; não há excedente automático sem acordo.
A matriz padrão própria ou em cache está incluída. Dados premium de trânsito ou portagens de terceiros são cobrados separadamente.
